KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SHERIFF DEPUTY
The Knox County Sheriff's Office is accepting applications for the position of Sheriff's Deputy. Knox County is located in north central Texas, has a population of around 4000 citizens. Duties include patrol, inmate transportation, criminal investigation, working traffic, court room security, etc. Applicants must have a current Peace Officers License as issued by TCOLE. Experience not required but is a plus. Benefits include take home vehicle, medical insurance assistance, holidays, vacation, cell phone supplement.

All individuals desiring to be a peace officer in the state of Texas must be certified through TCOLE and comply with TCOLE standards.
