Princeton - Per Diem Dispatcher
Job Announcement:
The Princeton Police Department is currently seeking NJ PTC Certified Dispatchers to join our team on a per diem basis. This position is ideal for experienced dispatch professionals who are looking for flexible, part-time opportunities. Per diem dispatchers will be called upon to provide coverage for callouts, scheduled days off, vacations, and other staffing needs.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid New Jersey PTC Basic Telecommunicator Certification
Prior experience in emergency dispatching is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
EMD and 9-1-1 certifications
