Class II Special Police Officer
The Far Hills Police Department is accepting resumes for a Class II Special Police Officer.
There is one part-time position available.
REQUIREMENTS:
- NJ PTC certified Full Time Law Enforcement Officer or
- NJ PTC certified Class II Special Law Enforcement Officer
The following are the minimum qualifications required for anyone interested in applying for the position of Police Officer in Far Hills Borough:
- The ideal candidate must be a resident of NJ during the term of appointment.
- The ideal candidate must be able to read, write, and speak the English language and have a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- The ideal candidate must have a valid unrestricted New Jersey Driver’s License.
- The ideal candidate must be able to pass a background investigation, psychological examination, and drug screening.
- The ideal candidate must be of good moral character and never convicted of a crime or of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.
- The ideal candidate must be of sound body and in good health.
