Receives 9-1-1 calls from the public concerning crimes, emergencies, and calls for service/ Dispatching of Police, Fire and EMS units/ Relays messages to those Police, Fire and EMS uints/ Operates a telephone switchboard and answers non-emergency calls/ Inputs calls into a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) & Obtains information from NCIC/SCIC systems.
Basic Telecommunicator Course, Emergency Medical Dispatch & CPR

High School Diploma or GED/ Ability to read, write and speak English and comprehend complex or varied instructions in a manner to perform the duties of this position.
