Haddon Township Police Department Hiring For Full-Time Police Officer

Position: Full-time Police Officer
Salary: $39,467.33 (Step 1) to $107,899.59 (Step 7)
Applicant Qualifications:
- Citizen of the United States.
- Resident of New Jersey with a valid NJ driver’s license.
- Literate and fluent in English.
- Between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of official application filing.
- High school diploma, or a high school equivalency completion certificate.
- Absent of criminal record.
- Police academy training completion certificate from the New Jersey Police Training Commission (Basic Course for Police Officer), or be currently enrolled in a New Jersey Police Academy, or be a certified SLEO Class II eligible to complete the Basic Police Officer Waiver Course.
Applicants must also:
- Meet the physical & psychological standards as determined by an appointed authority.
- Pass an extensive background investigation, oral board interview and drug testing.
