Waterbury is currently still on a list that is good until next year.. however, they have gone through a larger part of the rest of the list.. they have a number of people beocming detectives, and they have a number of people retiring.. so.. its hard ...

Yes if you don't pass any part of the physical test you are done for the day but you can retake the test as often as you'd like.
