Understand what you are saying, however, in my part of the state, there is only ONE department listed on the "Participating Departments" section of this website. And they REQUIRE the CHIP Card. Other departments might accept it, but also ru...

Sounds like you're in a little situation. The State Trooper test had about 20 combinations of various dates times and locations. You missed a CHIP test that was given ONCE for a test that is being given 20 times? Sounds like you didnt think t...
