Every run is the same wether it's for the CHIP test or for a police department. Just wear appropriate clothing for running. I don't believe they would care if you didn't wear a shirt, but it would be appropriate to wear one....

My advice is save your money for the CHIP test fees and other app. fees that will come down the line. If you go to the gym regularly it will help you. Work on sit ups, gradually increase your bench and stretch for at least 20 minutes every...

I had my oral board the week of the 19th if I remember correctly, and I just got my results in the mail today. I spoke to one of their officers at a job fair which was held a week or two ago and she said the list that I am on will be hired in Jan 09...
