| Message: Has anyone heard back from the Westport or Norwalk Police Departments? I handed in my background investigations for both of them and still have not heard anything? |

I'm in the academy with a recruit from Wesport and Norwalk. The next class at POST starts some time in February so you may just have to wait and see what happens

CHIP Test

1. For the mile and a half run is the track an indoor or outdoor track?
2. For the situp portion is there an instructor or device that holds your feet down? |

I am pretty sure that the test on Dec. 14th at Wesleyan is indoors. So it is 12 laps around for the mile and a half.

It depends when you take the test. Sometimes it's indoor but most of the time it's outdoor. Bottom line is its a one and a half mile run. Your feet are held by another test taker. You instruct your partner how you want your feet held.
