Message: Does anyone know when East Hartford will test again for entry level police officers. I know that they have a budget freeze now, and I heard the last test was back in 2006.

  Message:  Don't count on East Hartford, they're laying off 3 officers with all of their budget problems, so they won't be hiring for a while.
