Don't count on East Hartford, they're laying off 3 officers with all of their budget problems, so they won't be hiring for a while.

First off, everyone goes through a polygraph. The biggest thing is to tell the truth, that's what they want and look for. Different departments have different things that can disqualify a person. A bigger city might be okay with occasional mar...

i would run at least 3miles if not more 5 days a week . and eat healthy you don't have to really diet just don't fill up on junk. And do strengh training and plyometrics evrything will help but strat now don't wait it takes atleast 12 wee...

the medical exam consists of a urine sample (for drug screening), blood work, a vision test, a hearing test, a stress test (running on treadmill), chest X-ray and some other small routine stuff.
