School Resource Officer

Galloway Township Police Department currently has a vacancy for the position of a SLEO III as a School Resource Officer (SRO). A minimum of 20 years of police experience is required. Applicants must be retired from a full-time police officer position in NJ within the last 3 years and in good standing with the PFRS. Certification as a Police Officer is required.

Position:

SLEO III- 32-40 hours per week 

Salary- $30.00 per hour   

HIRING PROCESS

Qualified applications will be reviewed. Eligible candidates will be scheduled for interviews. Candidates who successfully complete the interview phase will be required to pass a thorough background investigation. Galloway Township is an EOE.
